submitted to net-dialup category, thanks Stefan.
I changed only ~x86 in x86 since it is the initial ebuild.

I tried to push kdsl to kde-misc, but got rejected. So I submitted kisdndial and kdsl to net-dialup, but in herd I've put kde-other.

no problem. doesn't matter where it is located.

I would like to see much more kde categories at all. i.e. kde-gfx, kde-net and so on. But I think we have no chance to get this. :-/

btw: kisdnwatch and kadslwatch are located in kde-misc.

If kisdndial had to go to net-dialup, then the others should also.
