compile appears to complete ok but ninja stops on  install

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge opencl-4.1.2-r3 as part of a new install
2.compile appears to complete
3.ninja subcommand fails
Actual Results:  
install stops

Expected Results:  
opencl installed

a little more detail on which subcommand fell over would be nice

It appears that it is my computer that is creating the problem, the cpu is not doing what it should,so you can probably remove this one.
