It seems the link above is broken.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
emerge -f =dev-util/cvs-1.12.10 or download it manually with wget or Konqueror.
Actual Results:  
Download fails, konqueror says the link is pointing to itself. 

Expected Results:  
Download cvs source archive.

That link downloads fine for me

Aaaargh, you need to allow cookies to download it. Ok, I'll file a bug report elsewhere.
