With 66.29 and cedega(and maybe some other games), there's a bug that only allows 42 megs of the video card's ram to be used at a time. There is a patch to fix this, and the ebuild should be updated to include this patch. this problem is not cedega/wine specific and should be handled by the nvidia driver maintainers and not the wine team.
