I agree to the regulations stated at https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:GURU .
I want to become regular contributor with succesfull proxy maintaining packages. Before this project I wanted to be proxy.
I've already had some proxy maintainer pull request such as https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/14845 or https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/14845

My native language is Russian, so I speak English slowly and sometimes can't translate adjectives, but I'm sure I'm able to work with any English matherials.
Also I starts learn haskell.

Key created in Kleopatra. I'm not familiar with signing, but I think ones is not difficult to set up.
