Emerging bzflag works (gives not errors) the the binary bzflag is missing. I have quried the package and it is not there. let's have the config.log from the build directory as well. My first guess is your opengl stuff is messed up but the log will show more.

In file included from configure:6575: /usr/include/GL/gl.h:2469:22: GL/glext.h: No such file or directory That's the problem. What are you using for you opengl? Try running opengl-update for whatever you're using and try merging bzflag again.
A bzflag binary is now being created. I am not home right now so I can't test it but I expect it is working. Three more questions Do I close this bug or do you? Do you take payment in pizza, beer, visa, or pay pall? What Time zone/Country are you in.
