I'm doing a networkless stage3 install from the 2004.3 release media (universal x86 and Athlon XP packages). The docs recommend loading dhcpcd and slocate during the "chroot" process, but they aren't on either of the CDs and must be downloaded from the network. This isn't a big deal; I can download them on another machine, or bring the NIC up with a fixed IP address until I get dhcpcd installed. I just like the idea of being able to do a networkless install :).
Thanks... I added them to my .spec files, so they'll be on there next time around.
This was fixed on the 2004.3-r1 Universal LiveCD
