Hello, I would like to have my overlay ( https://github.com/TheChymera/overlay ) added to layman.

I maintain a number of additional software packages mainly for scientific purposes, and the overlay is regularly used for testing version bumps and new packages ahead of Gentoo Science.

There are also a number of other packages, not otherwise available for Gentoo, such as the wayland fork for redshift: https://github.com/TheChymera/overlay/tree/master/x11-misc/redshift-wlr

Hey, 

could you open a pull request here:
https://github.com/gentoo/api-gentoo-org/pulls

so it gets added with you as author. I can do it at later time if you don't wish to go through all the trouble. 

Check examples of current / closed PRs. The list gets populated and updated to layman & eselect-repository.
