CVE Tool Enhancements:

- Split it away form GLSAMaker and rewrite it in a Normal Language
- Create Access List (Rights = User / Admin)
- Admin rights allows you to add/delete/modify users to CVETOOL
- Introduce Pagination in to the system
- Introduce ability to search for database and not from list
- Create new bug should have ability to create a bug with standard wording (wording is the same one we use for Temporary Hold)
- When an update happens on CDVETool it updated via JSON, it should override any locally created bugs.
