Please provide an ebuild for dev-python/sparklines-0.4.2

This for instance could be used by sys-process/glances with option --sparkline.
(https://glances.readthedocs.io/en/stable/aoa/quicklook.html)

For temporary use I installed this from PyPI by
# pip install --user sparklines
and working fine in glances.

Reproducible: Always
