This was a bad delimiter in a sed command in the ebuild that was fixed in 2020. https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/mail-filter/libmilter?id=54d1c273f6bd9247657d8ffe85a7229b342391c0 The package is now on _p3 and builds without error. This bug can be closed.
