Description Schrangl Lukas 2004-11-12 18:33:33 UTC
When I try to emerge the packages from the emerge queue it first starts emerge, but shortly (a second) later (before anything is done) what seems like an update of the "My World" tab (messages I get: "My World refresh started..." "My World refresh complete.") kills the emerge.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put package into emerge queue
2. Press "Emerge Packages" button
Actual Results:
Nothing

Expected Results:
The packages should get emerged.

You should report this issue to the guitoo's mantainers as it looks like a problem related to the program.
Comment 2 Carsten Lohrke (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-11-13 12:20:55 UTC
Please send a report to author of Guitoo. This is nothing we can do about. And please notice, that a simple disfunctional userspace application is never a critical or blocking issue.
