The pre-glep is on the comrel branch in the glep repo. I'm not sure why
the bugbot didn't catch it.

What is the status of this? Are you asking for a GLEP number to be assigned?

Also, I am getting syntax errors:

$ glep glep-9999.rst glep-9999.html
glep-9999.rst:45: (ERROR/3) Unexpected indentation.
glep-9999.rst:87: (WARNING/2) Block quote ends without a blank line; unexpected unindent.

It is not entirely clear to me what the intended structure of these bullet lists is. Are they supposed to be flat lists, or should there be some sort of nesting (especially in the "Monthly Reporting" section)?

It has been a long time since I worked on this.  It should probably be
brought to the ml again before a glep number is assigned.

I'm not in a hurry, but I can re-visit this sometime in August or
september.

I have a local copy, so if you want remove the branch for now and I'll
re-push it when I'm ready for a glep number.

OK, I have removed the branch, so we can restart with a clean slate when you're ready.

I am also closing this bug for now (status NEEDINFO for lack of anything better). Feel free to reopen when you're ready for a GLEP number.
