The recent commit [1] leads to packages being installed w/o content (e.g. dev-tex/g-brief)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update portage tree more recent than [1]
2. Merge dev-tex package inheriting latex-package

Actual Results:  
No files installed

Expected Results:  
Package contents should be installed in /usr/share/texmf-site etc.

indeed, strange that four reviewers including me forgot about it, but well, happens :/. Will push the fix tommorow most likely.
