I need to review my old bugs.  But when I search for them, nothing comes up.
I did read the docs for searching for bugs.  I used both my email address and my name.

I need to find one of them for reinstall.

If you're searching for all bugs, make sure to allow for all status/resolution types under the advanced search menu (assuming you're using the web interface for bugzilla), otherwise only currently open bug will be shown by default. The following URL should probably be what you want:
