When I emerged transcode 0.6.11 some time later an update showed up. Anyways, now transcode 0.6.11 recognizes 0.6.13 as a new version however, 0.6.13 recognizes 0.6.11 as being newer than 0.6.13. You are basically stuck in an endless update circle. It is a minor annoyance but needs to be fixed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge transcode 0.6.11
2.update to 0.6.13 
3.update to 0.6.11 and then you keep on going

There is a new version of transcode that no longer has the problem.
