Description Alexander Koch 2004-11-10 14:29:50 UTC
I tried to emerge hercules (3.01). the configure starts running but hangs alway at the same position:
checking whether use of a getopt wrapper is necessary...

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. become root
2. emerge hercules
3. wait a bit

Actual Results:
the configure part of the merge doens't continue (well I waited at least 15 minutes)

Expected Results:
go on configuring and then start compiling etc...

er, there is only 3.02 in the tree, but I can compile it find here. This bug is old as heck anyhow.

If you can reproduce on a 3.X version please reopen
