1) Merge blackdown-jdk-1.3.1
2) Merge blackdown-jdk-1.3.1 again
3) Observe that the env file /etc/env.d/java/20blackdown-jdk-1.3.1 is suddenly gone.

The current workaround is to unmerge the blackdown-jdk-1.3.1 between 1) and 2).

I can't replicate this bug using 2.0.30_alpha.
