Description Timothy Miller 2004-11-09 10:39:34 UTC
By default, games-mud/trebuchet cannot be run by a regular user. This is because, at least, /usr/share/games does not have the x flag set for everyone. There may be other directories also have the wrong permissions, but I can't say since I blindly set some of the permissions before realizing that /usr/share/games was the first culprit.

Games are owned by the games group, which has the executable bit set. You have to be in the games group to play games, as it states at the end of emerging a game.
