The OSDisc.com store is closed 4.09.2019 but link is still present on the store list.

Step to reproduce:
1. Open website https://gentoo.org
2. Click on the "Inside Gentoo" menu item
3. Click on the "Stores" sub menu item
4. Click on the "OSDisc.com" link
5. Pay attention to the alert window
