Created attachment 602806 [details] Screenshot of problem. When trying enter fullscreen mode (F) in youtube, tabs and address bar are still visible. When I set firefox in fullscreen (F11) before this youtube works correctly. Firefox 70.0.1 is last version that works. Also when I go fullscreen (F), go back and start moving and resising firefox I get info: "youtube.com is now full screen" despite being in non-fullscreen mode.
I have tested 71, 72 and even 73 beta and all are working as expected. When you open a bug you need to provide as much information as possible if you want to see the problem addressed. You should have included `emerge --info firefox` so we have an ideal of how your system is built. Please feel free to reopen the bug with requested information.

I started firefox from console and noticed each time I go fullscreen (F) or back to normal on youtube I get this message: >JavaScript error: resource:///actors/DOMFullscreenParent.jsm, line 54: Error: TelemetryStopwatch: requesting elapsed time for nonexisting stopwatch. Histogram: "FULLSCREEN_CHANGE_MS", key: ""
Same happened on my laptop yesterday after update Firefox from 70.0.1 to 74.0-r1. I think i might be broken profile, cuz when I created new user and run Firefox it works correctly.
