I've also run into the issue, but it's gone for me now after manually unmerging previously installed version of dev-python/autobahn. And I can't reproduce it anymore.
I'm working on bumping it to the 20.4.3 release
dev-python/autobahn-18.3.1 is removed in commit: 59be92dc6450bdf6cd4ff1fe31508503bd645b27
