They do not have stable profiles, but if someone wants to informally
stabilize on those arches go for it.

Presence of stable profiles is irrelevant. Can you link to a doc that makes you think it's relevant? I'd like to fix it. Presence of stable keywords is relevant.

Where does "informally" come from?. Arch team would like to be notified via CC  for stabilization requests. If you keep dropping it on every stable request it's hard to keep up in restoring it back after the fact. Please don't forget to CC all currently stable arches.

hppa and sparc have been added. I didn't know about the specific arch
policies linked above.
