Hi, Here's an ebuild for the new version of WvStreams (4.0). There have been many updates to WvStreams since 3.75, but most notably release 4.0 is the release that makes UniConf stable. UniConf comes as part of the WvStreams API and is a universal configuration system with backends and frontends that allows almost any configuration API (GConf, KConfig, mutt (*grin*)) to access information stored by another. This release is source-compatible with the last version of WvDial (1.54), but recompiling will be necessary. It is our intention that WvStreams 4.0 and above will be much friendlier in terms of ABI stability, however. This release is also the first to make XPLC (http://xplc.sf.net) an external dependency. I have just filed bug 70419 with an ebuild for XPLC; the ebuild attached here depends on that. I would recommend XPLC for the category 'dev-cpp'. For the keywords in this ebuild: I'm guessing based on the Debian packages for WvStreams; I don't have all the architectures, so I don't know for sure which it works on. Thanks!
