The latest version of net-www/snownews in portage is 1.5.4, which was released over two months ago. Since then, there has been 1.5.5 and 1.5.5.1.

I promise to learn how to write ebuilds soon, but 'til then, could someone please add these updates to portage? Thanks :)

Thanks, I know about the updates and actually have ebuilds for them. But I currently have some troubles with my dev machine which I need to fix first. Anyways, 1.5.5.1 will be submitted during the next 2-3 days.

1.5.5.1 is in CVS now, it should hit the mirrors pretty soon. Sorry again for the delay, but I had to fix my system before working on something else. :)
