Hey, 

whatever package I look, it shows latest "Changelog" entry from 2017.

Etc. Dates differ a bit, seem to be from 2017/spring anyway. When clicking "Git log" which leads to https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/log/sys-kernel/gentoo-sources?showmsg=1 everything is shown correctly, so I doubt it's infra-related git issue.

Whatever was/wasn't done, it seems to work now.
