please stabelize media-video/vdr-2.2.0-r5

renamed use flag kbd to keyboard

this was a request on
https://bugs.gentoo.org/685828

after stabilisation, remove

media-video/vdr-2.2.0-r4

and the line
<flag name="kbd">enable keyboard support as remote device</flag>
from metadata.xml

this could be so fast as possible, as we just renamed the use flag
