Hi, here's a patch for gentoo-upgrading.xml for the upcoming 2004.3 release.

- sparse corrections reported by Benno Schulenberg <benno@nietvergeten.nl>
  (Thanks!)

- I changed the license to cc-by-sa 2.0, it seems i'm the only author...

- the list of supported archs is now based on the archs that have at least
one versioned stacked profile, I hope this criterion makes sense.

about the updating instructions for 2004.3:

- you certainly know better than me what changes need to be reported to users,
so change them at your discretion.

- will the 2004.3 ppc liveCD use default-linux/ppc/2004.3 as profile or it
uses an old one? (in profiles/profiles.desc it's marked as in development).
In case it uses an old profile, this update needs to be corrected.
In case it uses the 2004.3 profile: with

(... continuing previuos commit)

with diff -uNr default-linux/ppc/2004.2 default-linux/ppc/2004.3
I see udev is now the default virtual for virtual/dev-manager,
does it need to be reported to users? In case not, remove that line
from the update instructions.

- with diff -uNr default-linux/x86/2004.2 default-linux/x86/2004.3
I see 'slang' is no longer a default use flag. Does it need to be
reported? I think not, as probably developers do more of this changes
to the current profiles without waiting for the introduction of a new
  profile (shame on them :).

- Last thing: probably it's time to remove the links to the '1.4 upgrade
guide' from the main page. A link should survive in the upgrading guide.

Another remark:
currently the guide says about upgrading instructions:
"we will publish migration instructions as part of the release."
but probably releng doesn't know that. Maybe it's better to rewrite/reword
that sentence to not confuse users?

Applied. Thanks a lot.
