I suggest removing the lines:

from /etc/make.conf.example due to multiple bugs and discussion in bug #70090.

AFAIK prozilla will be hard-masked. Is there any reason for keeping it as an example, if it shouldn'tcan't be used?

First, this would require a new portage version to become effective anyway. Let's see how upstream reacts before getting overreactive.

yes, nothing has been decided yet

this bug wont even be considered until Bug 70090 is resolved
