Andreas has displayed the skills needed to be a Gentoo developer.  He recently helped Lv through some issues he was having with autotools.  He has also written and/or patched some ebuilds.  He's a developer for the poopmup project and has an interest in providing support for amd64, games and app-sci.

Eval period ends December 5, 2004.  Lv will be handling going over DieMumiee's ebuild quiz and initial mentoring.  I will be handling the end-of-mentoring quiz and his account setup.

Since Lv is out right now, I'll take care of mentoring, et al.  Let's add another two weeks to the mentoring period so I can show DieMumiee the ropes.
