Fixes compile with gcc2
Comment 2 Chris White (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-11-05 16:20:16 UTC
gcc-2.95 is no longer supported. Please upgrade to 3.3 or 3.4.
Comment 3 Matt Taylor 2004-11-05 23:46:37 UTC
I'm using the default-1.0 profile and gcc-2.95 is the only choice for a compiler. I haven't seen any announcemnts that the profile isn't supported anymore, and it isn't depricated. Is it the *offical* gentoo policy now that it isn't supported?
Comment 4 Matt Taylor 2004-11-05 23:50:28 UTC
I mean defaul-linux/x86/gcc2 profile. Gonna take a little while to get used to the new names.
Comment 5 SpanKY gentoo-dev 2004-11-11 22:04:00 UTC
gcc-2.x is semi supported still
