The kde-base/kdenetwork-3.3.1 ebuild is missing the KGet patch that was applied on kdenetwork-3.3.0; the KGet bug has not been fixed yet by the KDE team, so the ebuild needs to apply the patch.  See kdenetwork-3.3.0.ebuild for more info.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" emerge =kdenetwork-3.3.1
2.Open KGet

Actual Results:  
3.KGet will time out and won't open.  You can see more info here:
