Current stable media-libs/harfbuzz version is broken with gcc-9.

I assume it's only a build failure. Please file a bug with details and consider fixing it inplace instead of blocking gcc.

I'm not sure about the hurry there, stabilising packages to fix build failures is a well-known practice you can see in many other tracker bugs.
