Gentoo provides /usr/portage/www-apps/roundup/files/roundup to stop/start roundup instances. This script contains the command:: roundup-server -d ${tracker_home}/roundup.pid \ -l ${tracker_home}/roundup.log \ -p $port -n $host support=$tracker_home That will ONLY work if your instance HAPPENS to be called 'support'. If it's called, e.g., 'bugs', the command should be '... bugs=$tracker_home'. AFAICS, this will break 99% of the time, unless you follow the example in the Roundup installation guide to the letter. But note that the guide goes on to say: """ The "support" part of the tracker name can be anything you want """ Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Arg, should have read the "fine" print. Fixed in cvs :).
