According to Repology, the current upstream release is 2.1.5.  Please bump.

There's no 2.1.5 version, the Arch version in Repology it's debian 2.1-5, which it's already included as patch: xtail_2.1-5-debian-local-changes.patch

Dunno why the Arch's guys done that version change thing, it's just confusing.
