When you create a ebuild using ebuilder it doesn't add a KEYWORDS line.
I think it should either ask about KEYWORDS or add one for the platform im on.

unfortunately we dont maintain ebuilder and have no idea who does ... you'll have to try to contact the people who write ebuilder
