We made "bitmap" use flag.
If "bitmap" use flag is on, freetype is compiled with embeded bitmap font.
But if "bitmap" use flag is off, freetype is compiled without embeded bitmap font.

yeah and what is the rationale behind this ? Why should we want to do this & introduce another USE flag for it ?
