dev-php/php-5.0.2-r1 fails to install with uclibc profile, also tried with USE="-*" and some other suspicious USE flag combinations - without success

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge php

Actual Results:  
>>> Install php-5.0.2-r1 into /var/tmp/portage/php-5.0.2-r1/image/ category dev-php
