Now, that one's really complex.  FWICS, it should be binary-redist when dealing with original binaries (which are our ebuilds do).  However, it explicitly prohibits redistributing source code -- but the packages don't include any.  How should we classify it?

I think this would rather be a candidate for @EULA:

- By the first paragraph, it is a "legal agreement".

- Section 4.1: "Licensee agrees to limit access to the Licensed Code and Documentation to employees and contractors of Licensee ..."

- By section 7.1, the license expires after 5 years: "The term of this Agreement is five (5) years from the Effective Date, subject to renewal upon mutual agreement of the parties."
