Updated ebuild for zsi-2.0

This is a more complete ebuild and updated for version 2.0. It also fixes some outdated/incorrect information from the 1.5 ebuild (like the license -- it is a under a PYTHON license, not GPL-2)

patch for Taylor Jones' ebuild

I've added a patch against Taylor Jones' ebuild that provides the following improvements:

- added doc USE flag
- added twisted USE flag (needs use.local.desc entry!)
- correct HOMEPAGE
- fixed quoting
- updated DEPEND
- dropped probably untested keywords

The package has a test suite in test/ and test/wsdl2py/. Some of the tests require an active network connection, but there are options to run only local tests. However, they fail for me, so I left them out for now. Would be nice if someone with a more thorough knowledge of the package could look into this.
