If woff2 isn't installed, emerging media-gfx/fontforge-20190801 fails:

configure: error: Cannot build with WOFF2 support without the woff2 development library installed.

I assume this is from the 4nykey repo, not Gentoo.  This is a workaround.  Upstream has since refactored with cmake.
