I was making a new ebuild for a package in a local overlay. I ran 'repoman manifest'. However when it tried to the download package using the SRC_URI, it failied because I had a mistake in the path. It gave a messages saying it couldn't find the path. I then corrected the SRC_URI in the ebuild and ran 'repoman manifest' again. It instantly failed with the message below. It seems like repoman did realize the previous download failed and is trying to use it. Reproducible: Didn't try Actual Results: This is the message.
