Added as live ebuild on 2018-11-16, not updated since, no release ebuild added.  Suffers multiple QA issues:

- dependencies are in PDEPEND (wtf?)
- lacks PYTHON_REQUIRED_USE, PYTHON_DEPS
- missing ||die on external command calls
- combines insinto with EPREFIX-ed path, reinvents systemd_dounit
- uses 'ln' instead of 'dosym'
- reinvents newins - ...
- shell wrappers use 'python2' instead of correct implementation
- shell wrappers miss error handling
