Wrt January Council meeting [1], 'Gentoo Authors' MUST be used for ebuilds.  This ebuild has been pushed past that, so please fix this and stop using custom copyright lines.

While at it, also please fix tests to actually run.  Using wrong tarball is not an excuse to avoid tests.
