Very useful for systems without a hardware random number generator, for use with sys-apps/rng-tools.

Keyword app-crypt/jitterentropy and unmask the jitterentropy USE flag for rng-tools, in arch/*/package.use.mask, like:

# Dependency app-crypt/jitterentropy is keyworded for ppc/ppc64
sys-apps/rng-tools -jitterentropy
