This is known, and I have reported it upstream. Unfortunately, this can only be reported via the forum, their bug tracker is only for internal use it seems. Let's see if they will fix it.
Comment 4 Harald Judt 2019-08-17 20:07:52 UTC
Upstream has reported to have pushed the fixed file to SVN; hence the next version shall no longer exhibit this QA problem.

Closing resolved fixed.
Comment 5 Michał Górny archtester Gentoo Infrastructure gentoo-dev Security 2019-08-17 20:34:31 UTC
We don't close bugs until the fix hits Gentoo. Otherwise, someone will hit the same problem again and open another bug unnecessarily.
Comment 6 Harald Judt 2021-05-31 20:03:56 UTC
Closing, this has been fixed a few releases ago.
