libdha builds a pci_ids.h header from a simple database file using an awk script. Awk script - depending on case conversions - fail to build a proper header file in tr_TR.UTF-8 (and tr_TR) locale.

(In Turkish uppercase version of character i is something different than I)

1. just try to compile mplayer and/or xine-lib in tr_TR.UTF-8 locale.

This has already been applied in MPlayer-1.0_pre5-r4 and xine-lib-1_rc7.
