www-client/firefox is building and running on PPC64LE (I'm using it to file this bug!). Can it please be keyworded ~ppc64?

It will probably require the system-av1 useflag to be forced on otherwise it ends up with a nasm dependency.

Current firefox-68.0.1 runs on my Talos ppc64 (BE) now without crashes so far. :)
