Please update libopenhbci to the current version 0.9.17. 0.9.16 does not compile on amd64 and the release notes for 0.9.17 state:

Can't update it, because it fails to compile for me (no matter if 0.9.16 or 0.9.17).
If you have a working ebuild for 0.9.17, please attach it, I'll focus on getting the new aqbanking/aqhbci-stuff into portage, which will replace openhbci in the future.

Agreed, that would be even more useful than a new e-build of the stable version. Let me know if there is a aqbanking ebuild to test on my amd64. Feel free to close this then.

done, aqbanking/aqhbci-stuff is also added, you can try out qbankmanager or latest gnucash if you want to test it.
