I talked with Andrew today and went over his staff quiz (a copy of which was emailed to recruiters@g.o) I think he's ready and since there hasn't been any action by the recruiting team, I'm going to set up his accounts today.

Quizzes reviewed, extra questions asked and ebuild fixes done. I added the cvs group and sent a mail to gentoo-dev-announce and gentoo-project so all should be good here. kingtaco: - You are also responsible for the commits of your recruit during the first month so you should watch the commits of your recruit via gentoo-commits mailing list.
Andrew announced his retirement in a mail to -core
Let's proceed with the retirement.
agaffney is unretiring himself before I do processing this afternoon.
Torsten called my attention to this bug resolution. He is right that the resolution isn't correct.
Andrew, I'm happy to see you decided to stick around just at the last minute ;-)
I cannot see any commit since March 2010, he is not maintaining any package and is member of no herd. (Sent new "second mail" directly as new first mail is for package reassignment that was done already and this away time is much longer than new 6 months of inactivity period needed for start retirement process)
He just replied he will retire, infra please proceed. Good luck!
- metadatas, herds and bugs cleaned
